Original 1970s Black w Rhinestones
3/4 Length Disco Dress

This original vintage 70s disco dress is solid black.
The lens on my camera had some smudges which make this photo have some blotches on it.
The never worn vintage disco dress is actually in mint condition with no color imperfections.
This hard to find style of dress is made of 100% slinky polyester, not a double knit. The dress would have a lot of movement or swing easily while dancing.
The color of this is solid black with no spots.
The front of the chest and the shoulder area of this dress has tiny black real sequins sewn on in a squiggly pattern as well as a splattering of tiny clear sequins to catch and reflect light from the disco ball.
The dress is a deadstock or never worn vintage 1970's piece. I believe this would be a size 6 today.
The chest area is about 32 - 34 inches. The rib area is a bit small being approximately 28". The hip area measures about 38" at its fullest point so it would best fit 36" or smaller hips since the dress is meant have a full swingy fit.
This dress definitely has an authentic 70s look to it since it is original. It is very rare to find a never worn 30 year old piece especially one with such an interesting design.
This dress has its original price tag on it. It came from Helen of Memphis, one of Memphis' most exclusive women's garment shops.

Silver or black platform sandals or pumps look best with this, which I carry.
