This dazzling vintage piece is quite the sparkler.
This flashy gem is made out of real sequins that have been
sewn on in a zig zag pattern.
Most sequin items are made of glued on sequin dots.
The sequins on this top have been sewn on, so there shouldn't be any
flaking off.
The sequins are not quite as sparkly (at least not inside this dark room) as the
photo implies.
The colors
of the sequins are more vibrant.
The green is more of a kelly green. There are several shades of purple,
several shades of blue
and a few shades of silver.
The back of the top does not have sequins. It
is made of a stretchy black knit with blue lamé
(electric blue metallic) threading all through it.
The disco top is a a little stretchy. It feels smooth on the inside;
it is probably not scratchy.
It looks as if it may not go all the way to the waist unless the wearer is
short.
The chest will fit a 34" chest, possibly up to a 36" one.
