Bell Bottom Pants
These pants "thinned out" when
I worked on them in paint shop. They actually have a super bell bottom so
the flair is definitely larger than the picture implies. Most of these are
very long unless I have cut them off so they are great for 6' 4" tall men.
The cut is somewhat slender and again they flair out greatly at the bottom.
Even if they are shortened several inches, they still have a very large bell at
the bottom, not to worry.
These original 1970's bell bottom jeans come in two styles that are very similar
in cut. The one pictured about is a normal plain jean cut in front with
two side pockets. The back has a seam running up the middle of each leg
that curves at its top meeting at the center rear seam. It is subtle, but
gives the pants more of an original 70s look.
The other style has the same front, no back leg seam, but has 1/2 of a zipper
track on the outer edge of each leg, rather unique. The zipper track is
copper in color. This pant might be a slight bit more slender cut through
the rear and hips.
These 1970s authentic belled jeans are a true denim medium navy color and are a
very lightweight denim fabric that can be worn all year.
