This is a wonderfully loud authentic vintage piece. 
I believe it is made out of 100% cotton and it has never been worn.
The predominant color is true red that is splashed by turquoise and pale pink flowers, blotches of true purple and chartreuse paisleys.  The flair cut is great for full figures, those with hips. 
 It has an elastic waist is about a size 10-14. A size 10/12 would be the most flattering fit.
The waist measures almost 26" before stretching. It comfortably stretches to 30-32" and will stretch much further if necessary.  The hip area can easily accommodate 46" hips.  Ideal his size is probably 42-44". 

This EYE-CATCHING MINI is very funky making it perfect for 1960's or 1970's theme parties.  It would look great with my Pale Pink or Red Patent Go Go Boots.
