This
Original 1970's Psychedelic Mini Dress
indicates that a lot of creativity and experimentation with fashion was going on
in the 70s. This fairly LOUD
& FLASHY dress which is excellent for a
70s party probably sat behind an office desk at one time!
In the picture above the colors look as if they are fighting it out for
dominance. In person the loud swirls of color blend better. The
dress has more of a Gucci look to it.
This Eye-Catching
original is made of lightweight polyester double knit. The background is
bright red that has just a hint of orange to the red. The background
colors of the psychedelic swirls and florets are light orange, orangish gold,
white with black, black with white and white with red.
The dress is approximately a size 9 and long enough for about any heighted
person while remaining a mini. The
chest measures 38-40" and the hips are 40". The cut is probably best suited for a
straight figure as opposed to the hourglass or full figured woman.
It's an authentic vintage 70s dress that definitely has a fun eye-catching
pattern.
